1. Platform Nature

Extremerise is an online marketplace platform connecting users with independent providers of tours, activities, and experiences.

Extremerise acts solely as an intermediary and does not operate or deliver any activity directly unless explicitly stated.

2. Scope of Services

The platform enables users to:

• Browse activities and tours
• Make reservations
• Complete online payments

All services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

3. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to make a reservation
• Users are responsible for providing accurate information
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security

Extremerise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.

4. Booking & Approval

• All reservations are subject to manual approval by the supplier
• A booking is not confirmed until approved
• Suppliers may reject or cancel bookings when necessary

5. Payments

• All payments are processed online via Extremerise
• Extremerise collects payments on behalf of suppliers
• Prices are displayed on the platform

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Users may cancel up to 24 hours before the activity
• No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows

Suppliers may cancel due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Health issues
• Operational reasons

In such cases, users may receive a refund or rescheduling option.

7. Supplier Responsibility

All suppliers are solely responsible for:

• Service execution
• Safety and operations
• Customer experience
• Insurance coverage

8. Insurance

Participants are covered under insurance provided by the supplier.

9. Invoicing

Invoices and financial documents are issued directly by the supplier.

Extremerise:

• is not the seller
• does not issue invoices
• is not responsible for tax obligations

10. Commission

Commission structures are determined between Extremerise and suppliers and may be managed through the supplier panel.

11. Limitation of Liability

Extremerise shall not be liable for:

• injuries or damages
• service failures
• supplier-related issues

Users participate in activities at their own risk.

12. Geographic Scope

Services are currently limited to Turkey.

13. Modifications

Extremerise reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
