Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the following parties:

1. PARTIES

SELLER (SERVICE PROVIDER)

The independent tour/activity provider offering the service listed on the platform.

INTERMEDIARY SERVICE PROVIDER

Extremerise operates as an intermediary platform.

BUYER

The user who makes a reservation through the platform.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Buyer regarding the booking of tours, activities, or experiences made through the Extremerise platform.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE

• The purchased service consists of tours, activities, or experiences
• The service is provided by the Seller (supplier)
• Extremerise acts only as an intermediary

4. BOOKING AND APPROVAL

• All bookings are subject to manual approval by the supplier
• A booking is not considered confirmed until approved
• The supplier may cancel or reject bookings when necessary

5. PAYMENT

• Payments are made online via the platform
• Extremerise collects payments on behalf of the supplier

6. PRICING

• Prices are displayed on the platform
• Additional services may incur extra charges

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• The Buyer may cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the activity
• No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows

The supplier may cancel bookings due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Health issues
• Operational reasons

In such cases, the Buyer may be offered a refund or rescheduling.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer laws:

👉 Services related to accommodation, transportation, car rental, food & beverage supply, or leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings made through the platform.

9. LIABILITY

• The Seller is solely responsible for delivering the service
• Extremerise is not responsible for service quality, safety, or execution

10. INSURANCE

Insurance coverage, if applicable, is provided by the service provider.

11. INVOICING

• Invoices and financial documents are issued by the service provider
• Extremerise is not the seller and does not issue invoices
• Extremerise has no tax liability related to the service

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

13. EFFECTIVENESS

By completing a booking on the platform, the Buyer accepts this Agreement.
